You can't apply 'for' a G325a. It is simply a form that is used in various processes.

According to your profile, you're looking at going the K1 route. The G325a form is one of the ones used in that process. Have a read of the K1 guide and flowchart so you understand the process.

If you want to go to the G-325A form online, go to www.uscis.gov, Forms.

Keep in mind that you'll need to send four copies for the petitioner and beneficiary each of the G325A.

The immigration attorney I consulted with told me she got an email from USCIS the day before I spoke to her telling her to stop submitting one copy each. This was on 1/26/10. I know it's hearsay, but to be safe, I'd do 4 copies each and not 1 each.

I think 4 copies is the safe bet right now until we hear something more official from USCIS. They sure make it confusing though.

Yeah, my attorney told me if I had asked her the week before, she'd have told me that only one each was needed.

Of course, my fiance had returned to England two days before she told me this little tidbit, so I had to email her the .pdf docs and have her print them and sign all four, then mail them back to me. It's all good now. USCIS has it all now.

Is the 4 copies only for the G-325A or also for the I-129F as well?
