Icon1 NVC - I-130 approved from USCIS how long will it reach NVC?

hi good day! please help my query.... My husband (a naturalized US citizen last nov2011 ) filed petition I-130 last may 2012 to me (spouse) and our son (5 yrs old). We were married for 6 years. Recently, my husband received a notice of action (NOA2 Sept 5,2012) from USCIS saying that the petition is approved. Please enlighten me with the following questions;

*How long will the case reach the NVC?
*Thus my husband need to submit affidavit of support?
*Im currently living in the philippines, how long will I receive the notice from NVC?
*And how long will it take for NVC to schedule me for an interview (manila embassy)?

Hoping for answers. thanks everyone... have a nice day

1. 2-6 weeks
2. Yes
3. 4-8 weeks
4. How long will it take your husband to pay the fees and submit I-864, how long will it take you to submit DS-230 and other required supporting documents? Add 1-2 months.

good day everyone. Thus anyone has an idea on how much will my husband pay for my visa application aside from $88 affidavit of support? (hence, my husband filed for petition I-130 for spouse paid $420 to USCIS, NOA2 approved) hoping for answers
