How to find the status for F4 category file

Hi All,

A friend of mine had applied for her sister on brother-sister category (F4) who lives in London-UK.
She would like to know: How does she can know the current status of F4 category for UK residents like India, China, Mexico residents.
Usually, state.gov provides a list of dates for different countries for different Visa categories (like F1, F2, F3, F4) every month in which they mention dates for China, India, Mexico etc countries but not about UK.

Can any one reply me how does can find the current status for F4 category UK resident?

Your help is truly appreciated.

Thanks:
Kamcho

The visa bulletin lists by country. The first column shows " All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed". That includes the UK since those listed include only China, India, Mexico and the Philippines.

The current visa bulletin indicates they are now processing 4th preference for those petitions filed in July, 1997 - she's got quite a long wait ahead of her.
