it will take 2-4 weeks to be case completed. it means no missing or required documents to be submitted. after case completion you will wait another 6-8 weeks for the schedule of your interview.(its still case to case basis sometimes it takes a while for processing).

You can check through https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx
by putting your NVC case number and IIN (Invoice ID Number)......once your not able to login (sign in fail) that means your case is complete...
hopefully this will help

Dear SIr: I was curious, why you recieved for DS-230 before me, provided that my PD is before you.. As my PD is April 26, 2002. I didn't receive it yet? How is that so?

Thanks

Shireen.
